Breathing is the Most Vital Tool We Possess
We've all experienced how taking deep and regular breaths before an
intense event supports our emotional and mental attitude.
When
you feel any burden, fatigue, or negative feelings, try the following:
Sit
in a comfortable position.
Take a few deep and regular breaths until you feel a constant and
harmonious flow coming in and out.
Once your mind is quiet and peaceful, visualize yourself surrounded
by a beautiful, gold, sparkling aura.
Inhale deeply and hold the image (count to 4) and allow the color
and a very positive image within you.
Exhale and visualize your negative thoughts leaving you.
Repeat the exercise 5 times.
If you work or live in an hostile environment, visualize a beautiful
and brilliant light blue color around you.
