When
using the Law of Attraction to attract your desires, your job is
to “let it in”. Let what in? Abundance, well-being, source energy,
joy, happiness, love. Etc.
Letting it in is easy, remembering to practice this on a consistent
basis is the difficult part because you’re so conditioned into doing
the exact opposite.
Here are four different ways in which you can practice “letting
it in” on a daily basis…
Visualize – Take just a little bit of time out of your day to day
dream about what you want. See in your mind how delicious it will
be to experience it. Feel all of the feelings associated with having
your desire.
Seeing what you want in your mind should be one of the most fun
things you could ever do! After all, this is your life and desires
you will be thinking about. For far too long we’ve been conditioned
to think that day dreaming is a waste of time and unproductive.
That just isn’t so. The more time you spend visualizing your desires,
the more energy that is going into them, the better you’re feeling
and the more manifestations you will see.
Find a thought that feels better – Making this a daily practice
should be essential for anyone serious about deliberately designing
their life. Regardless of what is happening throughout your day,
there is always a way to feel better than you currently do. One
great way of doing this is by finding thoughts that feel better.
From your current starting point, poke around in your mind for thoughts
that feel better. Once you’ve found one, hold on to it and then
continue to play the game from your new stand point. Play this game
until you’re feeling great!
Example. “I’m bored” (starting thought) … “It’s not so bad as it’s
nearly lunch time” (a better feeling thought) … “I’ve got all my
work done today which is a good thing” (better feeling thought)
… “I’m going to see my beautiful grand daughter at lunch which is
going to be great!” (better feeling thought).
Meditate – Every good spiritual teacher that you will come across
will recommend meditation. Why? Because it is incredibly powerful
and it is a great way to get yourself into alignment with your desires.
When you quieten your mind and begin to slow your thinking down,
you’ll automatically begin to flow more source energy through you.
Source energy is your birth right and is your natural state of being.
Its your negative thoughts that hold you apart from experiencing
more source energy, so when you release thoughts all together, you
will naturally begin to experience more source energy flowing through
you.
You will naturally feel good and you will automatically be in alignment
with all of your desires.
Pet your cat – Spending time with your animals can be a good experience
for you that will help you to get back into alignment with feeling
good. Animals are naturally connected to source energy and allow
it to flow continuously. Just being around them and observing the
peace within them can be such a beautiful experience for you and
one that will help you to get into alignment.
When you’re in a state of joy and love with your cat or dog, you’ll
be feeling the emotion of love. The more love you feel, the more
abundance that is headed your way! So, make time to be with your
pets and enjoy their company. Both you and your cat will get just
as much enjoyment by spending time petting them.
